What Celumai built
We migrated the EDI processing to MuleSoft Anypoint B2B, building a template-driven partner onboarding framework. Common EDI transaction sets (850, 856, 810) were standardised as reusable API assets. API connectivity was made available alongside EDI for partners requiring it.

Partner onboarding time reduced from 6-8 weeks to 3-5 days. New API-connected partner type unlocked 12 major retail partnerships that were previously unavailable. EDI processing cost reduced by 44%.
