Go-live & cutover
Cutover on a defined date with a proven rollback plan. We manage the go-live weekend and stay on-site (or online) until the system is stable.
Hypercare & adoption
30-day hypercare period after go-live -- daily check-ins, issue resolution, and adoption tracking. We do not hand over and disappear.
