Build & configure

With the architecture signed off, we configure the platform in two-week sprints. You see working software every fortnight and can redirect priorities at any point.

Testing & training

Every workflow, automation, and integration is tested end-to-end before go-live. We run training sessions for admins, managers, and end users — not a one-size-fits-all walkthrough.

Go-live & hypercare

We are on-site or on-call during go-live week. The two weeks post-launch — hypercare — are when most issues surface and we resolve them in real time.

Do you offer a fixed price or time-and-materials model?

Both. Fixed-price works well for clearly scoped implementations and migrations. Time-and-materials suits more complex or evolving requirements. We recommend the right model during scoping.

What ongoing support do you provide after go-live?

All projects include 30 days of hypercare support at no extra cost. After that, we offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing administration, enhancements, and fractional CRM leadership.
