How we thought about it
We mapped every data point in the board report against its source system and built a data pipeline that connected Salesforce, the finance system, and the analytics platform into a unified data warehouse. Power BI reports were built on top of the warehouse with live connections, replacing the Excel models and PowerPoint formatting.
