How we thought about it
We ran process discovery sessions with every team that touched the CRM. For each manual process we asked: what triggers this, what does it produce, and who needs the output? In 12 of the 14 cases, HubSpot could handle the entire process natively with correct configuration. The other two required lightweight custom integrations.
