We designed a HubSpot implementation built around the principle of minimum viable input — capturing relationship data through email integration, calendar sync, and LinkedIn rather than manual entry. We built a relationship strength scoring model and a cross-practice opportunity radar that surfaced potential cross-sells from existing client data.
